- 200g dairy-free biscuits
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 150g walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 sheets of wafers
Preparation:
Heat the sugar over low heat until it caramelizes. Remove from the heat and add the warm water, margarine, chocolate, cinnamon, and honey. Stir everything together and return the mixture to the turned-off stove. Next, add the ground and crushed biscuits, along with the chopped walnuts. Mix well, then pour onto the rough side of one wafer sheet. Place the second wafer sheet on top with the smooth side facing the filling. Press the wafers down and let them rest for several hours before cutting them into bars.
