Brown Sugar Cheesecake Ingredients:
CRUST:
1 C Graham cracker crumbs,
2 tbsp Brown sugar,
4 tbsp Melted butter.
Mix together and press into a 8″ pie plate, cake pan or spring form pan.
FILLING:
1 pound Cream cheese,
1/2 C Dark brown sugar,
1 tsp Vanilla,
3 Eggs
Cream cheese, sugar together. Mix in vanilla and eggs. Pour into pie pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
