Indulge in this elegant yet simple dessert that combines the rich, nutty flavor of chestnuts with the natural sweetness of bananas. Soft chestnut puree wraps around whole bananas to create a beautiful roll that’s creamy, flavorful, and perfect for slicing and serving with a dollop of whipped cream. Ideal for festive occasions or a special homemade treat!


Ingredients:
2 packages of chestnut puree
3 bananas
2.5 dl of sweet cream

Preparation:
Melt the chestnut puree so that it is soft and can be formed into a roll. Spread the wax paper, then spread the chestnut puree so that you get the length of two bananas, and the width so that you can wrap it around the bananas. Place the wax paper over it and form a rectangle with your hand. Remove the wax paper, and add the bananas, wrap the chestnut puree around them and wrap the ends of the wax paper around it like candy. Leave to set and cool. Cut the slices and decorate them with whipped cream.
