Baked mushrooms with cheese is a simple and delicious dish. Sautéed mushrooms, onions, and garlic are layered with hard-boiled eggs and topped with a creamy sour cream mixture.
Ingredient:
- 250 g mushrooms
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 dl sour cream
- 1 egg
- 200 g grated cheese (Gouda, Emmental, or similar)
- A little butter
- Seasonings to taste
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Slice the mushrooms. Finely chop the onion and garlic (or press them).
Sauté the onion and garlic in a little butter. Add the mushrooms and cook until they soften and all the liquid evaporates. Season to taste. In a bowl, beat 1 egg, add the sour cream, and season.
Grease a baking dish with a little butter. Place the hard-boiled eggs, sliced, on the bottom. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over the eggs. Add the sautéed mushrooms on top of the cheese. Pour the sour cream mixture over and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
