Ingredients:
- 1 Pork Tenderloin
- 150 grams of thinly sliced homemade bacon
- 400 grams of potatoes
- 1–2 tablespoons of lard
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1–2 teaspoons red pepper powder
- Salt, pepper, and optional spices (like garlic powder, thyme, or oregano)
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Water
Instructions:
- Season the pork: Mix red pepper powder, salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Rub the mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
- Wrap in bacon: Carefully wrap the tenderloin with the bacon slices and secure them with toothpicks.
- Pre-cook the potatoes: Peel and slice the potatoes, then boil them in salted water until just tender.
