Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Rolls with herbs and Parmesan on a white plate.

Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Rolls with Herbs are a juicy, flavorful dish perfect for dinner parties or weeknight meals. Tender chicken breast is wrapped in smoky bacon and enhanced with garlic, fresh rosemary, and a touch of Parmesan cheese for a savory kick. Easy to prepare and cooked in minimal oil, these rolls are crispy on the outside while remaining succulent inside, making them a crowd-pleasing main course.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

7 oz thinly sliced smoked bacon (about 6–7 slices)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary (or ½ teaspoon dried)

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon olive oil (for pan)

Instructions

Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets. Lay bacon slices side by side on a clean surface, slightly overlapping.

Sprinkle chicken cutlets with garlic powder, rosemary, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.

Place one chicken cutlet on top of the bacon slices and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks.

Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Sear rolls on all sides until bacon is crispy and chicken is cooked through (about 10–12 minutes).

Remove toothpicks and serve immediately, garnished with extra rosemary if desired.
