Ingredients:
3 1/4 lbs apples
1 lemon
A handful of dried raisins
1 3/4 cups sugar
Chopped walnuts to taste
Preparation:
Grate and drain 3 1/4 lbs of apples. In the juice from the grated apples, add sugar and lemon juice, then bring to a boil. Add the grated apples and cook until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Remove from heat, mix in chopped walnuts and raisins, and form the mixture into balls. Roll each ball in granulated sugar and arrange them in paper cups.
