Fire Horse Cookies Recipe (Egg-Free & Dairy-Free)
These cookies are made without milk or eggs, making them lighter and longer-lasting — yet still incredibly delicious.
Ingredients:
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 120 g margarine
- 50 g coconut flour
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- A few drops of organic red or pink food coloring
Instructions:
- Add 150 g of flour to a mixing bowl.
- Add 120 g margarine.
- Mix in 50 g coconut flour and 50 g powdered sugar.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix all ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
- Add a few drops of natural red or pink food coloring and mix again until evenly combined.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
- Using cookie cutters, shape the dough as desired and gently press a decorative symbol into the center of each cookie.
- Bake at 320°F (160°C) for about 15 minutes. Do not overbake — the cookies should remain light in color.
