Yaghmush Ingredients:
2 cups sifted flour,
1/4 cup corn oil,
1 egg,
1/4 tsp salt,
warm water for kneading.
Filling:
1 lb. minced meat.
3 medium chopped onions.
1 small tomato diced.
1/2 tsp black pepper.

Preparation:
Put the flour and salt in a bowl and add the oil…rub with your fingertips until the oil is absorbed by the flour.
Add the egg and warm water and knead until you get a firm smooth dough.
Rub some oil in your palm and cut the dough into small apricot-sized balls, put in a greased pan, cover and leave to rest in a warm place until doubled.
-Put the raw mincemeat in a bowl and add the finely chopped onion and tomato, salt and pepper, then mix well.
-Spread each ball of dough and fill with some of the filling then fold from the two sides then from the other two sides to form a rectangle.
-Proceed the same way with the whole batch.
-Put in a greased pan with folded face downwards and brush with eggs or milk.
-Put in hot oven until done.
Variations: some people add grated carrots and others add grated pumpkin to the minced meat.
