Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 handful of fresh spinach or watercress (mache)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- A few leaves of butter lettuce or arugula
- A few balls of mozzarella cheese (or cubes of fresh cow’s cheese)
- Salt
- Balsamic vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
