Ingredients:
- 2–3 medium tomatoes, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 small red or yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3.5 oz (100 g) sharp cheese (like aged cheddar or feta), grated
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, grated
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:

Arrange a layer of tomato slices in a serving bowl or deep plate. Lightly sprinkle with salt.

Add a layer of chopped onion over the tomatoes.
