Tomato Soup ingredients:
tomato juice (approx. 1/2 liter),
3-4 deciliters of water,
small red onion,
a spoonful of flour,
pasta,
1 fresh pepper,
parsley leaf,
salt

Preparation

Fry the flour in a little fat, when it turns yellowish, pour tomato juice and water over it. Stir quickly, put the whole onion and pepper (only cut in the middle), add salt and let it boil. Cook for another 15 minutes and add the pasta. Put some fresh, finely chopped parsley leaves in the finished soup. I like to add a little sour cream to the plate. When it’s not the season for fresh peppers and I don’t even have frozen ones, I don’t mind. I love this soup! Sometimes, instead of standard pasta, I cook small spoonfuls of flour and water in the soup.
