Ham, cheese combination

Cut the ham, cheese, fresh pepper and tomato flesh without seeds into small cubes. Season – salt, pepper, a little mustard, possibly mayonnaise and fill. Cover and put in the fridge.

With fresh cheese
Hollow out the tomatoes.
Mix fresh cheese with millerama, freshly grated horseradish, finely chopped ham and chopped parsley.
Or mix fresh cheese with millerama, finely chopped fresh red pepper, a couple of finely chopped walnuts, finely chopped ham and a little ground red pepper.
Fill the tomatoes, cover and put in the fridge.
