Stuffed fennel ingredients:

fennel,
fresh cheese,
cream,
egg,
spices to taste
grated gouda.

Clean the fennel, remove the twigs with leaves and cut it in half, boil it in salted water and leave it in a colander to cool.
Mix fresh cheese with cream, egg, chopped fennel leaves, salt and season to taste (onion, garlic, pepper, paprika…).
Place the fennel cut side up in a greased ovenproof dish
put the cheese filling between the leaves and on top, sprinkle generously with grated cheese and bake in the oven.
