Soy steaks ingredients:

200 grams of soy flakes,

3 onions,

some mint or dill,

some parsley leaves,

6 spoons of breadcrumbs,

6 spoons of flour,

3 teaspoons of soy sauce,

salt, pepper,

flour for sprinkling,

oil.

Preparation
Pour boiling salted water over the soy flakes and leave to stand for at least an hour. After that, rinse the soybeans in a colander under a stream of warm water, drain them and add chopped onions, finely chopped mint or dill, chopped parsley leaves, soy sauce, vegetables, pepper, breadcrumbs and flour. Knead the mixture and make patties. Roll the prepared steaks in flour and fry in hot oil.
