Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 2 1/2 tbsp (35 g) butter, softened
- 2 1/2 tbsp (35 g) sugar
- 6 tbsp (1/3 cup) raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (50 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh raspberries or whipped cream for garnish (optional)
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a silicone mold or line with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, raisins, and seeds until evenly combined.
- Spoon the cookie mixture into heart-shaped molds, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden on top.
- Let cool slightly, then garnish with raspberries or a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
