Ingredients:

  • 7 oz (about 2 cups) small pasta (not soup-sized, but small shapes)
  • 1 package (8 oz) crab sticks, diced into small cubes
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in oil, drained
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3.5 oz (about ⅓ cup) mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon butter or margarine

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and mix in 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine for flavor. Let cool.
  2. Thaw crab sticks and dice into small cubes (about 8 pieces per stick).
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, crab sticks, tuna, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until well combined.
  4. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and let the flavors meld.
