Ingredients:
- 500 grams of all-purpose flour
- 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- ½ tablespoon of salt
- 1 block of bread yeast
- 1 cup of lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoons of dried rosemary
- ½ cup of coarse salt
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix 50 grams of flour with the yeast dissolved in ½ cup of lukewarm water to form a paste. Cover with a cloth and let it rise. In a larger bowl, combine the remaining 450 grams of flour with the oil, salt, yeast paste, and a bit more lukewarm water. Knead by hand until you achieve a smooth dough. Spread the rosemary evenly over the dough and form it into a ball. Allow it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Roll out the dough into a circle 3 to 4 centimeters thick. Brush the surface with oil and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
