Roasted Baby Potatoes with Italian Seasoning

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg new baby potatoes 
  • 1 tsp Italian herb blends 
  • 1/2 tsp fine salt 
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive or sunflower oil
  • Roasted Baby Potatoes with Italian Seasoning Directions

Place thoroughly washed potatoes with skin without cutting into a deep baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt, Italian herbs and oil, stir.

Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake until done (25-40 minutes depending on the size) in an oven preheated to 220 degrees.
