Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 medium potatoes (about 2 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 3 1/2 tablespoons (1/4 cup + 2 teaspoons) butter
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream, for serving
Instructions:
- Peel and grate the potatoes, then pat dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the grated potatoes, egg, garlic, and grated onion, mixing until a soft dough forms.
