Creamy pasta with broccoli and cheese is a quick dish perfect for any day of the week. Combining tender broccoli with a rich cheese sauce, it’s an easy way to enjoy a flavorful, nutritious meal that the whole family will love.
Cook the pasta separately in salted water (wide pasta works best). In another pot, boil broccoli florets for about 10 minutes until tender, then drain and roughly chop.
In a pan, melt some butter and lightly sauté minced garlic. Add 1 to 2 cups of cream (cooking cream or sour cream), season with salt and pepper to taste, and bring to a simmer. Stir in 6 to 8 ounces of grated cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the chopped broccoli and cooked pasta to the cheese sauce, mix well, and serve immediately.
