Parmesan Chicken Wings are a crispy, flavorful twist on classic wings. Baked instead of fried, they’re coated in garlic and Parmesan for a golden finish with irresistible crunch. Tossed in a buttery garlic-Parmesan sauce and finished with fresh parsley, these wings are the perfect balance of savory, cheesy, and aromatic flavors. Serve them hot as a party appetizer, game-day snack, or even as a main dish with a side salad or fries.

Ingredients:

  • 2.2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pat the chicken wings dry. Season with baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Arrange the wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  4. In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Lightly sauté the minced garlic, then stir in ¼ cup of Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Brush the wings on both sides with the garlic-butter mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and fresh parsley.
  6. Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with extra Parmesan or your favorite dipping sauce.
