Panama cake ingredients:
For the dough: 8 eggs, 160 grams of sugar, 160 grams of walnuts, 80 grams of cooking chocolate, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1/2 baking powder;
For coating: rum, raspberry marmalade;
For the filling: 250 grams of margarine, 2 eggs, 140 grams of sugar, 200 grams of cooking chocolate.

Beat the egg whites firmly, add the egg yolks one by one and continue to beat with a mixer while adding sugar. At the end, slowly stir in the mixture of ground walnuts and chocolate, add flour and baking powder. Pour the mixture into a larger tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Cool the crust and divide it into three parts. Spray each crust with rum and spread with raspberry marmalade. Beat margarine well with sugar, eggs and melted chocolate. After beating, leave the filling in the fridge for at least one hour, then beat it again with a mixer. Fill the crusts and leave enough filling to cover the entire cake.
