Orange Biscuits Ingredients:
1 soup spoon orange marmalade,
1/2 grated lemon rind,
2 egg yolks,
250 grams butter,
250 grams sugar,
3 eggs,
300 grams flour,
a little sweetened vanilla.
Beat the butter, sugar, sweetened vanilla and lemon rind. Add the eggs and yolks one by one, then add the flour. With a pastry bag or with a spoon, put walnut size portions of the dough on a buttered cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes in a medium oven. When the biscuits have cooled, stick them together two by two by spreading a layer of marmalade between them.
