For the dough:
- 250g flour
- 100g butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- A pinch of salt
For the filling:
- 100g butter
- 100g sugar
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 500ml milk
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 1 tablespoon ground bitter almonds
- A pinch of salt
For decoration:
- 2 tablespoons coconut
- 3 tablespoons grated chocolate
Method:
In a bowl, pour in the flour, add the egg, butter, salt, and yeast. Knead the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Then roll it out, place it in a greased pan, and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
For the filling, mix the butter with sugar, add eggs, flour, salt, lemon juice, lemon zest, rum, almonds, and warm milk. Whisk the mixture, pour it over the baked dough, and bake in an oven preheated to 120°C for 10 minutes. Once the cake is done, let it cool, and sprinkle with coconut and grated chocolate.
