Who knew a no-bake cake could taste this good? With just a few simple ingredients and no oven required, this creamy fruit-layered dessert is the summer treat your guests will beg you for. Ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whipped topping mix (powdered)
  • 2 ½ cups cold water (for the filling)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 ½ cups crushed graham crackers or vanilla cookies
  • 2 ½ cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen – strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • ¾ cup chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (for decoration)
  • ⅔ cup cold water (for the final layer)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, whip the powdered topping with 2½ cups of cold water until thick and fluffy. Add the sour cream and mix until smooth.

Divide the cream mixture evenly into three separate bowls.

Bottom layer:
Mix crushed graham crackers into the first bowl. Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of a springform pan or dish.

Middle layer:
Gently fold the berries into the second bowl. Spoon the fruity cream over the cookie layer and smooth it out.

Top layer:
Stir the chocolate hazelnut spread into the third bowl. Spread evenly over the berry layer.

Finish with an extra layer of whipped topping and decorate with fresh berries if desired.

Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
