Mushroom Cutlets Ingridients:

500 grams mushrooms,
1 cup rice and flour,
4–5 onions,
salt,
pepper.

  1. Boil rice.
  2. Separately, boil the mushrooms in salted water (leave a little water after reaching readiness).
  3. Fry the onion.
  4. Mix everything, add a little salt and pepper to taste, a little water in which the mushrooms were boiled, and a little flour.
  5. Mix thoroughly or pass everything through a meat grinder.
  6. Fashion cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs or flour and fry like regular cutlets.
