Mushroom Cutlets Ingridients:
500 grams mushrooms,
1 cup rice and flour,
4–5 onions,
salt,
pepper.

- Boil rice.
- Separately, boil the mushrooms in salted water (leave a little water after reaching readiness).
- Fry the onion.
- Mix everything, add a little salt and pepper to taste, a little water in which the mushrooms were boiled, and a little flour.
- Mix thoroughly or pass everything through a meat grinder.
- Fashion cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs or flour and fry like regular cutlets.
