Ice Cream ingredients:
4 cups of whipped cream,
12 egg yolks,
1 cup of sugar,
1 cup jasmine (tea leaves).
Way of preparation:
1. Put whipped cream in a pot, let it cook on moderate heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl. Gradually add warm whipped cream and mix. Place the combined mass in a saucepan and cook over moderate heat until it thickens enough to stay on the ladle.
3. Pour into a bowl, add jasmine tea. Let it stand for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve into another bowl.
Cover with plastic foil and leave in the freezer.
4. Serve Jasmine Ice Cream with frozen berries.
