Interesting stuffed potatoes –

Pick up potatoes of the same size. Then cut out the middle of it (this can be done with a knife and a spoon). Cut the bottom of the potato a little so that it is stable on the pan (or pot).

The main thing about stuffed potatoes is the taste inside. Therefore, your choice of minced or ground meat: salt, pepper, garlic and onion (previously ground or very finely chopped) and stuff potatoes.

Place firmly in the pan. Cover halfway with salted water and cook until half cooked.
We are currently preparing the sauce. Saute onion and carrot (in vegetable oil), at the end add tomato paste, a little water and salt.

Add the sauce to the half-prepared stuffed potatoes and simmer until soft.
Serve the stuffed potatoes on the table with sauce and chopped herbs.
