A bright, appetizing close-up of mini pizza snacks arranged on a wooden serving board.

These little pizza bites are made using toasted bread rounds instead of traditional dough. They’re crunchy on the outside, cheesy on top, and ready in minutes. This simple method makes them perfect when you want pizza flavor without making dough.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices sandwich bread
  • ½ cup thick tomato sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped olives
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sweet bell pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C) and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.

Using a small glass or round cutter, cut circles from the bread slices. Lightly brush each bread round with olive oil and place them on the baking tray.

Bake the bread rounds for 5–6 minutes until they become lightly crisp.

Remove the tray from the oven and spread a small spoonful of tomato sauce on each round. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, then add olives, onion, and bell pepper.

Finish with a pinch of oregano.

Return the tray to the oven and bake for 6–8 minutes, until the cheese melts and the edges become golden.

Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
