I make Bolognese sauce as follows:
I fry the onion, add previously grated carrot and dry parsley, let it fry for a few minutes…
After that, I add finely chopped ham and mashed garlic, let it fry for 2 minutes and add 300 grams of ground beef. I stew for about 10-15 minutes without removing the lid and without stirring, but occasionally shaking the container in which the stew is mixed.

After that, I remove the lid, add a mixture of spices, a little spice on top of a teaspoon, oregano, a teaspoon and a half of allspice, and a teaspoon of hot allspice or ground chili. Then I cover it again and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes. After that, I add 1 glass of red wine and let it simmer without touching the pan until the wine has almost evaporated.

When the wine has almost evaporated, I add 500 ml of peeled tomatoes (you can also use tomatoes from a bottle), cover the container and leave it to simmer for 1 hour on low heat… After 1 hour, I remove the lid and let it simmer until there is no more liquid left. quite dry… And my Homemade Bolognese Sauce is ready.
