Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, separated
- 3 cups sour cream
- 12 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, cherries, blueberries, cranberries)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently add the egg yolks and sour cream, folding everything together until smooth and creamy.
- Blend all the berries in a blender until smooth or slightly chunky, depending on preference.
