It is necessary:
1 cucumber,
a few mint leaves,
2 lemons,
mineral water,
a few ice cubes,
a little sugar.
Put mineral water and, cucumber cut into thin rings, then squeeze one lemon into the jug, add mint leaves and 1 lemon cut into rings at the end. Sweeten with a little sugar, and let it cool in the fridge.


Cucumber marmalade
It is necessary:
1 kilogram of cleaned cucumbers,
600 grams of sugar,
juice of one lemon,
3 sprigs of mint,
1 spoon of bourbon vanilla sugar.
Chop the cucumbers in a blender or grate them as finely as possible. Mix with all the other ingredients, if they have not released water by themselves, add 200 milliliters of water and let this mixture boil on the stove in the meantime. Cook at a medium-high temperature until the desired thickness, approximately 40 minutes, and pour into sterilized jars.
