Ingredients
3 cups finely chopped Italian parsley
1/2 cup minced yellow onion
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 stalk celery, minced
1/2 lemon peel, grated
1 1/2 cups olive oil
2 1/2 tbls white wine vinegar
1 tbls lemon juice
1/2 cup seeded and chopped pickled red cherry peppers (can use green)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process just until all is a bit coarse. This should not be a smooth sauce.
