Ingredients:
- Cooking spray
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup cornmeal
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cup fat-free milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup canned whole kernel corn (or one 8¾ oz. can), drained
- 1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
Instructions:
