Ingredients:

  • 500 g flour

  • 200 ml warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 50 g sugar
  • 40 g fresh yeast (1 cube)

Preparation:

This is a classic recipe for filled buns , and the key is allowing the dough to rise.

  1. Dissolve the yeast in a bit of warm milk, with 1 tablespoon of sugar and a bit of flour. Cover and leave in a warm place to rise (it will rise faster if the milk is warm).
  2. Mix all the other ingredients, then add the risen yeast mixture. Knead the dough well and leave it covered to rise for about 30 minutes.
