Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 7 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
- Optional: chopped nuts, dried cranberries, or crushed cookies
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly.
