Today I made homemade Flower Bread, and it turned out so good that I decided to share it. Even though we usually don’t eat white bread, we decided to treat ourselves a little.

Flower Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • a little olive oil
  • sesame seeds for topping

Instructions:

Dough:

Add the yeast, sugar, and a little flour to the lukewarm water and stir well. Then add the salt and the remaining flour, and knead until you get a smooth dough. Let it rise for 30–40 minutes.

Shaping:

Divide the dough into small balls and place them in a greased baking pan to form a flower shape — one ball in the center and the others around it.

Baking:

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until golden brown.
