This is a simple yet delicious version of fig energy balls. Easy to make and naturally sweet! They are naturally sweet from figs, with a hint of citrus and a nutty crunch.

Ingredients:

  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Juice of ½ orange
  • 1 ¾ cups (about 7 oz / 200g) powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup (about 3.5 oz / 100g) walnuts
  • 7–9 oz (200–250g) dried figs

Instructions:

  1. Finely grind the figs and walnuts in a food processor.
  2. Mix with powdered sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice until fully combined.
  3. Shape into small bite-sized balls.
  4. Optionally, roll them in extra powdered sugar or crushed nuts for a decorative touch.
