Easy Orange Cake with Yogurt and Jaffa Biscuits Ingredients:

1 liter of yogurt,
400 g of sugar,
juice of one orange,
1 orange for decoration,
1 kg of biscuits
200 grams of McVitie’s Jaffa Cakes Original Biscuits,
250 ml of milk,
2 bags of whipped cream,
pieces of jelly as desired

Preparation:
Add sugar and juice from one orange to a liter of yogurt, and crush the biscuit with a rolling pin or a bottle, then add it and gently smooth it with a spoon. Add chopped Jaffa biscuit to it. Mix everything, put it on a tray and form a cake of the desired shape. Whip the whipped cream with milk and decorate the cake with slices of sliced ​​orange together with the peel and pieces of jelly.
