Description:

Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed chili flakes
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 400 g soybeans
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 200 g cleaned, cooked, and drained shrimp
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Mix the vinegar, soy sauce, broth, cornstarch, and chili flakes until a smooth mixture forms.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat. Add the soybeans and stir until their skins puff up, about 2–3 minutes. Remove the soybeans from the pan and set them aside.
- In the same pan, heat the remaining oil and sauté the ginger and garlic for about 20 seconds.
- Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Return the soybeans to the pan, pour in the sauce, and stir until the mixture boils and thickens.
- Add salt to taste and serve hot.
