Creamy Dreamy Cake is a soft and refreshing dessert that’s easy to make. It starts with a yellow cake base topped with layers of pineapple, creamy vanilla pudding, and a fluffy mixture of Cool Whip and cream cheese.
Ingredients:
- 1 yellow cake mix (prepare as directed on the box with eggs and oil, and bake in a 9×13 pan. Cool in the pan.)
- 1 large package of Jello Vanilla Pudding (not instant)
- Milk (prepare as directed and chill)
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1 large cream cheese (softened and blended with Cool Whip)
- 1 large can of pineapple (drained)
Instructions:
Chill until fully set, at least 2 hours. For best results, chill overnight.
Bake and cool the cake, leaving it in the pan.
Cook and cool the pudding.
Drain the pineapple and spread it evenly on top of the cake.
Spread the chilled pudding over the pineapple layer.
Blend the softened cream cheese with Cool Whip. (It’s okay if there are a few small lumps.)
Spread the Cool Whip mixture over the pudding layer.
