Cold cherry soup ingredients:
300 grams of pitted cherries,
2 egg yolks,
one spoon of flour,
one spoon of sugar,
1 deciliter of sour cream,
a pinch of cinnamon,
8 deciliters of water

Place the cleaned cherries in 8 deciliters of boiling water with a little sugar and cinnamon to taste. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes at medium temperature. In the meantime, mix the flour with a few spoons of water, then add it to the soup with gentle stirring. Cook for another 10 minutes, remove from the stove and add cream, whipped with egg yolks. Cool in the fridge and serve garnished as desired.
