Cinnamon Baked Apples Ingredients:
4 apples,
4 tablespoons of sugar substitute (brown or regular),
4 teaspoons butter,
1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
Directions
Core apples and pare a 1-inch strip of skin from around the middle of each apple or pare upper half of each to prevent splitting. Place apples upright in an ungreased baking dish. Place 1 tablespoon sugar substitute, 1 teaspoon butter, and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon in center of each apple. Pour water (1/4 inch deep) into baking dish.
