Chicken breast cake is a perfect dish for any occasion. With its creamy layers of cheese and a rich, flavorful topping, it’s sure to impress your guests. Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 5 pieces of chicken breast (boneless)
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 600g of grated cheese (cheddar or a similar type)
  • 4 eggs
  • A little flour
  • Salt, pepper, and seasoning
  • Butter (for greasing)

Instructions:

  1. Remove the skin from the chicken breasts and slice them into fillets. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Grate the cheese and set it aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of flour, and a bit of seasoning to create the sauce.
  4. Grease a round, oven-safe dish with butter.
  5. Coat each chicken fillet in flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the grated cheese.
  6. Arrange the fillets in layers in the prepared dish, alternating between laying them lengthwise and crosswise.
  7. Once all fillets are layered, pour the sour cream sauce over the top.
  8. Bake at a lower temperature for about 50 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  9. Once baked, carefully transfer the cake onto a serving plate and allow it to cool slightly before slicing. It will be difficult to cut while it’s still hot.

This dish is not only delicious but also makes for a beautiful presentation on your table. Enjoy the rich, savory flavors that make it a family favorite!
