Cheesy baked pasta is a perfect choice for those short on time but craving a hearty and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta
- 2 eggs
- 2 cubes of hard cheese
- 1 heaping tablespoon of sour cream
- A pinch of baking powder
- 200 ml yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and add crumbled cheese, olive oil, yogurt, baking powder, and sour cream. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and gently mix everything together.
- Grease a 30 x 20 cm baking dish with a bit of oil and pour in the pasta mixture.
- Bake at 220°C (430°F) for 30 minutes or until the top is lightly golden.
