Apple Cake ingredients:
1/4 cup oil,
1 cup sugar,
1 egg,
1tsp cinnamon,
1 tsp baking soda,
1 cup flour,
1/2 chocolate chips,
2 1/2 cups apples grated,
1 tsp vanilla,
2 tbsp hot milk.
Combine all ingredients. Pour into 9″ greased pan. Bake for 40-45 min or until the toothpick comes out clean.
