Strawberries and Cream Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries
1 cup whipping cream
5 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Wash the strawberries and cut them in half.
  2. Sprinkle the sugar all over and let them sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and refrigerate for an hour.
  4. Add the strawberries to a plate and serve with a dollop of cream on the side.
