MATERIALS
4 chicken drumsticks

1 tablespoon soybean

2 lemons + 1/2 lemon

2 spoonful butter

1 tablespoon of honey, salt, black pepper
1- Slice 2 of the LEMONS with their shells in a thin ring. In a deep pan, heat the butter.

2- Add soy sauce, honey and lemon slices and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add the bone and skin removed chicken and cook by turning them on both sides until golden brown.

3- Add the juice, salt and pepper of the last lemon, cook for 5-6 minutes and serve hot.

4 chicken fillets
1oz butter
2 chopped onions
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tin chopped tomatoes
2 bananas, thickly sliced
1 apple, roughly chopped
4 fl. oz chicken stock
5oz yoghurt

Fry chicken. Set aside.
Fry onions and garlic. Stir in flour and curry powder.
Stir in remaining ingredients except yoghurt.
Bring to boil and add chicken.
Simmer coverec for 45 min.
Stir in yoghurt.

Cajun Chicken Soup
8 c. water
1 T. dried basil
1 t. garlic salt
1 t. Louisiana Hot Sauce
14 oz. canned diced tomatoes
12 oz. chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1 T. Cajun seasoning, see recipe below
3 T. cornmeal, uncooked
Homemade noodles

1. In a large stockpot, combine all ingredients, except cornmeal and homemade noodles. Simmer, uncovered, for an hour.
2. Add in cornmeal, cook until thickened.
3. Make the noodle dough, slice into 1/2″ squares, cook in soup for 5 minutes or until tender.

Chicken Parmesan Bake
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1/2 small onion, minced
3-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1-2 cups marinara sauce
1/8 cup chopped fresh basil OR 1 teaspoon Italian spice
Handful coarsely-chopped spinach
1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 package garlic croutons

Preheat oven to 350F. Pour the olive oil into a small casserole dish. Add the garlic and onion and brush to coat the bottom of the dish.
Place the chicken breasts into the dish. Pour the marinara sauce overtop. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella, the spinach, and the Italian spice/basil.
Spread garlic croutons in an even layer over the top of the dish. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and the Parmesan.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Let rest about 10 minutes to set, then serve.net
