Materials for making
500 gr carrots
3 spoons of flour
2 spoons of butter
1 pinch of chopped dill
1 pinch of chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 glass of oil
Half tea glass of flour
Step 1: After washing and cleaning the carrots, put them on fire in a steel pot with a little water.
Step 2: When it softens, drain the water and mash it with a fork. In another small pot, melt the oil and add the flour.
Step 3: Fry on low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and add carrot puree, finely chopped parsley, dill, cumin, salt, black pepper and 1 egg and knead when it is close to cooling.
Step 4: Take walnut-sized pieces and roll them into flour. Shape it round in your hand.
- Step: After putting the oil in the pan and heat it well, take the meatballs into the pan, fry them by turning them back and forth. Then take it on a paper towel and let the excess oil drain.
